Annual Swell Series

We are so excited for our Annual Swell Series here at Brick Cove on August 12, 2023.   The Swell Series brings together masterful artisans from around Long Island creating an opportunity for the community to shop local and support small businesses while enjoying family fun on the beautiful backdrop of the Peconic Bay.  Please fill out the application form and send it in no later than Friday July 7, 2023. We have a limited amount of spots. We are striving to provide a variety of artisanal areas.  Booth spots are a flat $60 vendor fee for a 10 x 10 space.  Food trucks are subject to a fee of 10% of gross sales but the vendor fee is waived.

Brick Cove Bodega is the exclusive beverage vendor.  Food trucks may serve specialty beverages only.

The event is weather permitting. If the event is cancelled due to an “Act of God”, the vendor fee can be used toward another event at Brick Cove in 2023 or will be refunded.  Otherwise, the vendor fee is non-refundable.  You are responsible for bringing your tent, table, chair and general set up.  Electricity can be provided upon request.  By filling out this application form, you agree to a general business code of conduct and you have the proper permitting to function as a business at off-site events.  General event information: Address- Brick Cove 1760 Sage Blvd, Southold, NY 11971 When: August 12, 2023  Additional information will be shared the closer we get to the event!
