Service Description
1 hour pilates class with instructor Stacey Krumenacker. Pilates is a full-body workout designed to strengthen & stretch the body while promoting good alignment & posture. After warming up, we’ll do squats, lunges, planks & standing ab work to get some cardio in before moving to the mat. Mat exercises strengthen the abs & hips, promote stability & mobility of the spine, and increase mind-body awareness by focusing on alignment. Other benefits include injury prevention, increased energy, and improved posture. Please bring your own mat.
