Join Stacey Krumenacker on Saturdays and Mondays at 9:30AM for a 1 hour, full body Power Pilates workout. This workout is designed to strengthen & stretch the body while promoting good alignment & posture. 

Meet Stacey Krumenacker

Stacey received her Pilates certification from the Kane School of Core Integration (NYC,) trained in Brooklyn Barre with Ellie Herman, and has been teaching on the North Fork since 2019. She is inspired by mind-body movement practices, began practicing yoga in 1997, and taught yoga in Japan for 13 years. In her pilates classes, she provides a space for you to connect with your core, move, stretch & strengthen from a space of conscious alignment. She is also a nationally board-certified health & wellness coach and a nutrition consultant. Keep up with her on Instagram!
